If approved vendors or representatives of that shop participate in abusive activity, the following actions will be taken:
1: Warning, 2: Temporary Group Mute, 3: Removal From Group.
We need to be civilized as a cohesive group in order to promote JOY instead of negativity across ALL channels of the Moovement. Please respect the other creators as the goal is to guide users away from Ebay or Amazon and TO your shops. As the group surpasses 100k users, the Admin Assist bot will be implemented as minimally as possible.

| #1 | Post About Your Shop Only: If you limit shorter Shop posts for new releases with nice imagery, your shop will likely gain traction as the group user count expands no matter your store content. Please see Rule #5 for Post Limits to avoid the group seeming salesy/spammy. | |
| #2 | No Cross Posting: There is no reason to post your links in comments on other shop posts, or post images of Mooed customers. If someone was mooed by another shop, do not try to 'steal' that customer with your products. This may extend to reactions; if it's not your tea, just moooove along. | |
| #3 | No Comment Wars: If a new user comments "Where Can I Buy Moo Materials" DO NOT OVERLOAD THEIR COMMENTS WITH SHOP WARS. Share your shop on the main creatorhub and they will find you without intervention based on your Moo Merch and what that user is looking for. Comment wars will not be tolerated and are subject to intervention. | |
| #4 | Respect Other Creators: Do not offer a confusingly similar product to another vendor idea or product to sell them on your shop; focus on your own artistic strengths. If there are IP wars, all parties will be removed. Second, do not belittle other creator comments or product launches. If you feel there is an issue, please report it to admins and we will deal accordingly. | |
| #5 | Vendor Posting: Shop owners are allowed ONE store post EVERY WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY with any external links to their shop. The threshold will be lessend if this rule is violated. We want to see people GET MOOED by your customers rather than oversaturate the feed with sales. During 'Midweek Moos' (Wed) and 'Stock Up Saturday' (Sat), vendors may post new designs or contests/giveaways as desired. | |
| #6 | Member Sniping: Please do not overpost on Moo Moo Subaru group with the clear intention to gain members in your own groups. You may share any external links, socials, or page tags on Wed or Sat, and can use your Moo Moo links at any time. | |
| #7 | How to Join: Any creator may be approved to the lowest tier for the first three months. This is to allow any size vendor to join and add products slowly to help grow all shops. We will use funds for a Moo Moo Google map key, along with other resources to keep the site running. We will begin Google Ads to grow the facebook group users from 100k to 1millon+ potential customers. It is encouraged to subscribe as soon as possible, then tier up slowly after your sales surpass each previous range. (All tiers are relevant to 3%, capped at 15k.) | |
| #8 | Links & Tags: We will be allowing Moo Moo Links (ask staff if you don't know what this means or what yours is) on all comments or posts at any time since there are many people that order from several vendors. You may use shop urls on vendor posts during vendor days (wed/sat), but please use your Moo Moo links on ALL comments. This is intended to help guide new customers to your moo moo listing easier. | |
| #9 | Rule Circumvention: Any repeated and intentional methods to try circumvent these rules will result in a group suspension. Multiple suspensions of this sort will lead to removal from the group. We have too many members and vendors to babysit, please maintain this moomoo standard so we can continue to increase the userbase and general positive moovement. | |
| #10 | Giveaways/Contests: Giveaways and contests are suggested once per month, and are up to the vendor's discretion. Keep in mind legalities and intentions for these type of post events. Too many or overspammy contest/giveaways may be declined by admins. If you're unsure, please ask the mod team before submitting the post. | |
